Travelers can take Hwy 132 from Modesto through to Yosemite National Park by going to Coulterville & Greeley Hill then connecting with Hwy 120 to the West entrance to the Park. It is a good road but Google and Mapquest maps fail to include it as the best option for visitors to Yosemite National Park. For those of us living in YNP's most attractive Gateway route it represents a golden opportunity to see the countryside in a real rural setting without some of the more intrusive commercial development currently in place along some of the other routes from SF Bay to the park
